Catnets will replace OR refund in full any products that arrive damaged or are faulty. You must notify us of any fault, damage or missing items within 7 days of receiving your order.
We can refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering, however be aware that return shipping is at your expense. All products that have been cut to size (such as netting by-the-metre), are not able to be refunded.
